About Asterion Recovery
Asterion Recovery Ltd. is a regulated introducer. We do not provide legal advice, conduct legal proceedings, process chargebacks, or recover funds ourselves. We connect individuals who have suffered losses with independently licensed specialists — lawyers, chargeback teams, and insolvency processors — who are qualified and authorised to do so.
By using this website or submitting a case review form, you agree to these terms.
No legal advice
Nothing on this website or in any communication from Asterion Recovery constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice. All information is for general informational purposes only.
The specialists we introduce you to are independent. Any advice or representation they provide is governed solely by your direct agreement with them.
No guarantee of recovery
We make no warranty or guarantee that any specialist will succeed in recovering funds on your behalf. Recovery rates, timelines, and outcomes vary widely by case type, jurisdiction, platform, and payment method.
Any party who guarantees recovery is misrepresenting the service. If you encounter such claims, do not engage and contact us immediately.
Our role as introducer
Our role ends once we have introduced you to a suitable specialist and you have agreed to proceed. All fees and contractual arrangements are between you and the specialist directly.
We do not hold your funds. We do not ask for upfront payments. We do not require access to your bank accounts, investment accounts, or digital wallets.
Eligibility
To use our services you must be 18 years of age or older and have legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. Our services are primarily available to individuals resident in the EU and UK.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all communications with Asterion Recovery. Providing false information may result in incorrect specialist matching.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Asterion Recovery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed €100.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
Questions about these terms
Common questions about what you are agreeing to.
Do I pay Asterion Recovery anything?
No. You never pay Asterion Recovery directly. We are compensated by the specialist, only upon successful recovery. The specialist charges a success fee — typically 20–30% of recovered funds — agreed in writing before any work begins.
Am I entering a contract by submitting the form?
No. Submitting a case review form does not create any contractual relationship. A contract exists only if and when you sign a direct engagement agreement with a specialist.
What happens after I submit a form?
A senior case analyst will review your submission and contact you — usually within 24 hours on weekdays — to discuss your case and, if appropriate, explain which specialist is best suited.
What if I'm not happy with the specialist introduced?
You are under no obligation to engage with any specialist we suggest. Contact us at info@asterion-rec.com and we will discuss alternatives.
A question about the terms?
If anything in these terms is unclear, or if you have a specific question about how our service works, we are happy to explain.
