Who we are
Asterion Recovery Ltd. ("Asterion Recovery", "we", "us") operates as a regulated introducer connecting investors with independently licensed recovery specialists. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What data we collect
When you submit a case review form, we collect the following:
- Contact details — your name, email address, and telephone number.
- Case details — amount lost, platform or broker name, country, and case type.
- Technical data — your IP address and browser type, collected automatically through server logs.
We do not collect payment card details, wallet credentials, or any financial account access information. We will never ask for these.
Why we collect it & legal basis
We process your personal data to assess your case and introduce you to appropriate specialists (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps), to respond to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests), and to comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share your data with
We share your personal data only with the specialist introduced to handle your case, and only after you have given your explicit consent. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Our website is hosted on Hostinger. All data is encrypted in transit via TLS.
How long we keep your data
We retain case enquiry data for a maximum of five years from your enquiry date, unless a longer period is required by law. Technical log data is retained for 90 days. You may request deletion at any time.

As a data subject in the EU or UK, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict or object to processing of your data.

No. Submitting a case review form is a request for assessment only. No contract is formed and you are under no obligation whatsoever.
Will you pass my details to anyone without asking me first?
Never. We introduce your case to a specialist only after explaining who they are and obtaining your explicit agreement.
Can I ask you to delete everything you hold about me?
Yes. Email info@asterion-rec.com and we will confirm deletion within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.
Do you use cookies or tracking tools?
No tracking or advertising cookies are used on this site. Only essential technical cookies that make the site function are present.
